Naturally Fermented Yaupon Tea

In 2021, we opened up a small batch kombucha fermentery between a tortilleria and a corn-in-a-cup shop in San Antonio, Texas.  Since then, we have primarily sold our kombucha in local shops and restaurants in Texas.

Due to popular demand, we launched kombucha shipping in December of 2022.  Providing a ceremonial-grade, non-alcoholic fermented beverage to a wider audience is important to us.

It is our goal to provide a healthful, non-alcoholic option that tastes delicious. What makes our kombucha taste unique? We primarily ferment Texan-foraged yaupon tea.
